TIME FOR YOUR EAGLE CLOSE UP FOR THE YEARBOOK!

This year’s yearbook includes the option of uploading 10 pictures to be included in the yearbook digitally! All students are welcome to add 10 pictures of themselves, and when the yearbooks are delivered a QR code will come with it, which will allow you to see everyone’s extra photos 🙂

Please click on Selfie Instructions.pdf on how to navigate the website.

Also, if you are an underclassman that did not get a chance to take their yearbook picture at school, now is your chance to submit a photo to be printed in the yearbook. Again, please see the Selfie Instructions.pdf document for instructions.

**Please note that this option is only for underclassman that did NOT take a yearbook picture already. Due to the formal nature of senior portraits, seniors that did not take a senior picture can upload ten pics digitally, but a selfie will not be placed in the senior portraits section of the yearbook.

Any questions, feel free to let me know 🙂

UC SAN DIEGO’S GIRLS DAY OUT

Girls Day Out is a day-long outreach event open to 9-12 graders interested in learning about the computer science field. Participants will learn about college life via student panels and have an opportunity to ask questions. Furthermore, participants will get a glimpse at computer science research from UCSD CSE’s own Professor Nadia Polikarpova. Lastly, participants will be introduced to the industry with information about internships and personal experiences from WIC alumni working at companies such as Google.

This year the event will be completely virtual, and we would love for you to send the attached event flyer to anyone who may be interested!

Sign ups for the Girls Day Out are now open, and students may apply through this form. Sign ups will close on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at 11:59 pm PST.

If you have any questions about Girls Day Out, please reach out to us at wic.ucsd@gmail.com. We are happy to answer any questions!
